Part of success is something many of us are terrified of, FAILURE. This exposes our limits and challenges our mental state to either give up or adapt
Then we have DISCIPLINE, this is where we need to teach ourselves how to take control and do the things that we need to do in order to succeed, such as a consistent gym routine, healthy food routine, consistent bedtime ect.
We also have a skill that I believe is a must in success, RESILIENCE, if you fail you can’t give up. You need to find a different approach until you find something that works.
APPROACH
Depending on your current physique the approach will slightly change. We will usually start off our first 3 months training to remove as much excess fat as possible to display your physique, while concentrating on building muscle and strength. after teaching you all the essentials, depending on your own goals, such as further enhancing physique or concentrating on strength then the next stage will look different.
FREE TIP : whenever you are training, PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD is a MUST, this little concept applies to everything in life, easy to understand, hard to apply ( did you train harder than last time?) whatever you are doing, each time you do it increase intensity such as more reps, weight, rest or tempo, or even do 10m of your business work, go 10 mins earlier to sleep. Whatever it is…. BETTER THAN LAST TIME!
